Our client is looking for an experienced Youth Offending TeamService YOTYOS Senior Practitioner to join their Youth Offending Team in Wiltshire You must be a GSCC registered Social Worker qualified Probation Officer or hold a PCEP Youth Justice with a minimum of 3 years relevant post qualification experience to be considered for this post Applicants must have extensive knowledge of relevant legislation extensive demonstrable experience of supervising staff in a busy criminal justice setting ideally Youth and of methods to assess performance and achievement of targets in social work practice
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing expertise to YOS practitioners relating to Court services assessment and supervision of young people In addition you will be expected to contribute to the delivery of improved outcomes for young people and the reduction in the level of youth crime in the County
