Job Description

Experienced administrator required to cover maternity leave working for a successful company
based in Lincolnshire

Part time hours 225 very flexible on days you wish to work

You must have excellent attention to details and be very well organised
Must have proven admin skills

Knowledge of payroll or time sheets is a distinct advantage
Must also have good knowledge of Excel

Job Profile

To support the Lincolnshire contract in the coordination of operative time sheets and central shared services

Key Result Areas

Input hours from time sheets and record on a central spreadsheet Forward information on a weekly and monthly basis to central payroll and R2R
Collate and maintain absence records and forward a weekly report to the HR Advisor and Regional Managers
Liaise with central payroll supporting in payroll processing and queries
Cross checking time sheets with terms and conditions and cost coding to ensure payroll accuracy
