My client is a 4 hotel based in East Sussex looking for a Sommelier
SOMMELIER required to organise the service of all beverage refreshments to our guests in our 2Rosette Restaurant maximising sales by giving a high level of customer service and responding quickly and effectively to guest expectations
Previous experience of serving a wide selection of wine and beverages within a busy quality food and beverage establishment is essential
Direct wine waiting skills from a restaurant with an extensive wine list is desirable
Experience of silver serving food or other serving styles would be advantageous
Live in accommodation can be provided
