Housing Support Specialist Social Care and Housing recruitment agency are looking to recruit a Housing Officer for one of our clients in Manchester Working for a private support and accomodation provider providing housing and support to young care leavers Your main role will be to find and sign up new properties for the organisations services users You will be given a briefreferral for a young person and depending on their support and individual needs you will tasked to find a property for that young person On a day to day basis you will be out in the field liasing with landlords Local Authorites and private landlords to view and sign up properties in the Manchester area Your role will also involve basis property inspections and liasing with the support manager to ensure demand for placements are being met by finding suitabel properties You will also work closely with the maintenance department reporting repairs and ensuring the work has been carried out to a satisfactory l...
