The role is to be operational based in Liverpool and the salary is to 23000
Main Purpose of the Role
The MentorCoach will be supporting learners who are from a wide range of backgrounds and circumstances which will include Homelessness Marginal and Vulnerable The learners will be supported through their journey with the end view of providing structured pathways to employment
ROLE PURPOSE
Deliver curriculum to include QCF qualifications and key skills where appropriate
Mentor learners
Support learners on their journey to rewarding employment
Set learners realistic and challenging learning goals and help them achieve these goals
Facilitate and encourage learners in all aspects of their learning taking account of their circumstances and background
