An experienced and professional Childrens Residential Worker Residential Support Worker is urgently required to support Looked After Children in residential home in the West Midlands
To maintain the high standards of the home previously experience of residential support work with Looked After Children or Care Leavers is essential
As an RSW you will be responsible for the following but it not limited to
Day to day care of young people including safety and control
Key working
Implementing child protection policies
Writing clear case reports and completing records
Provide support with regards to their social psychological educational cultural physical and health needs
This is a temp to perm role please only apply if you are looking to continue your career as a Residential Support Worker as a permanent employee
The successful candidate can expect a permanent salary of circa 17250 per annum plus sleep in allowance
