We are now looking for an outstanding head chef whos a natural leader someone with a background which incorporates both high volume and quality As Head Chef you will need the energy to manage and motivate a team of around 30 chefs and a handson approach This is a unique head chef role in what is one of Leeds busiest restaurants so its essential that you thrive in a fast paced environment able to work quickly and drive a shift whilst also taking pride in making authentic Italian dishes
