This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced customer service professional who will have the following
Experience of providing facetoface customer service
Experience of dealing with technical questions both facetoface and over the telephone
Proven ability to influence and upsell
Experience of acting as a team leader supervisor within a customer service adviser
Experience within a vehicle servicing environment would be an advantage
