This leading Asbestos Consultancy offering Surveying Consultancy Analysis and Safety Training are seeking a CAD technician to join the team in Manchester
Responsibilities
Produce basic line drawings or block plans of properties in CAD in response to site drawings from surveyors
Produce CAD structural drawings for sites where no CAD information is available
Creation of project drawings for asbestos removal abatement projects
Amend existing CAD plans and adding information where necessary
Ensure projects are completed on time and to schedule to ensure client satisfaction
Use of alternate drawing software on occasion
Skills required
Experience in a similar CAD role within the asbestos or environmental industry would be advantageous
Experience using AutoCAD and other drawing software programmes
Ideally a degree or similar in engineering at least to HNC stan...
