Our Client a progressive and expanding Broker is seeking a Personal Lines Supervisor to manage a small team of Account Handlers within their Norfolk office
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of the team and the role will typically involve carrying out appraisals maintaining team performance absence and performance management identifying and providing solutions for team training needs as well as ensuring that internal and external compliance standards are met
