Our client based in Pwllheli are actively recruiting for a Customer Adviser on a fulltime permanent basis
You will be required to carry out excellent customer service be able to build relationships and be able to tailor services to your customers needs The role will also involve generating quality leads answering the telephone and making outbound calls
The successful applicant will have experience in customer facing roles as well as making outbound calls Experience in the banking industry would be advantageous
