BRC social housing are seeking an experienced housing officer for this full time 11 month contract covering a patch of properties in and around Eastbourne
Your main duties will be
To ensure rent recovery action is taken in accordance with current
Dealing with antisocial behaviour
To undertake accompanied viewings with prospective tenants as required
To undertake the process for ensuring that an applicant who signs a tenancy agreement fully understands the rights and responsibilities of the conditions of tenancy
You must have previously worked for a housing association or local authority
You will also be required to
Liaise with Community Groups Tenants Groups other organisations both statutory and voluntary and attend meetings as required
To develop and sustain an effective and efficient Estate Management Service
To ensure complaints of antisocial behaviour and neighbour nuisance are dealt with promptly and monitored in compliance with current procedures
