Our client is recruiting a Sales Ledger Assistant for maternity cover lasting 612 months Based near Maldon you must have sole usage of vehicle and be available for an immediate start Responsibilities will include
Reconciling and managing allocated accounts
Producing month end and year end reports
Cash allocation and chasing debts
Dealing within finance payments and queries
Processing credit checks and reference requests for new accounts
Incoming calls providing adhoc reception cover and any adhoc support duties for the department
Liaising with internal departments and customers
The ideal candidate will be AAT qualified have previous sales ledgercredit control experience and excellent attention to detail Whilst working as part of an established team you will constantly be communicating with different levels in the company and ensuring that company processes are adhered to
