My client has a current vacancy for a Head of Sales to join their team based from Winchester The Head of Sales to manage a nationwide team of sales and account managers to retain and grow business within the Government sector
Responsibilities
Identify new opportunities within the Government sector
Develop a sales strategy
Deliver growth in line with new business strategy
Transition the former Public Safety business to meet the needs of the new market
Lead the team through the period of change
Manage coach and motivate the team of Account and Sales Managers
To develop own and implement the Sales Plan for the Government business identifying target accounts and set targets and objectives for the team
To be responsible for the launch of sales initiative
Manage the sales pipeline
Assist with presenting to strategic accounts
