My client in the Northumberland 10 miles to the North of Newcastle is looking to recruit a highly accomplished PA Administrator who will also be responsible for covering reception The successful candidate will report directly into the company Managing Director
General duties will include but are not restricted to
General administrative tasks
Basic HR and accounting duties
Making travel arrangements for senior members of the team including managing guests from the UK and overseas
Diary management
Completing expense reports for senior managers
The successful candidate will also serve as a Receptionist phones and front of house
The ideal candidate will posses the following attributes
