Senior Childrens Residential Worker Residential Support Worker are required to support Looked After Children in residential home close to Telford
To be considered for this role it is essential that you have proven residential experience working in a senior position position of authority as well as an NVQ level 3 qualification in health social care Children Young People
As a Senior Residential Support Worker you will be responsible for the following but it not limited to
Day to day care of young people including safety and control
Key working
Implementing child protection policies
Writing clear case reports and completing records
Provide support with regards to their social psychological educational cultural physical and health needs
In return my client can offer a salary in the region of 18000 21000 per annum depending on experience
