to work within one of their properties on the famous East Cliff in Bournemouth

ensuite bedrooms many of which have breathtaking sea views and offers a true contemporary feel The highly respected a la carte restaurant everything has been considered to make the clients stay pleasurable and the hotel also boasts five functions rooms and a fantastic reputation for weddings and special events This hotel is looking to achieve 2 AA rosettes in the next 2 years
You would require the following experience
Planning and directing food preparation in the kitchen
Supervising other kitchen staff
Taking control of the kitchen when the Head Chef is unavailable
Worked in 4 or 5 star hotel in a similar position...
