Seeking a Retail and Website Manager to join one of our clients a reputable company based in Rushden Your duties in this role will be the analysis and reporting of sales and statistics stock planning and order processing Other duties will include
Answering customer queries and complaints via email or telephone
Liaising with the web design company to arrange any modifications needed to website
Administration duties
Ensure all security checks are carried out on payments for all orders to be sent
Weekly analysis and reporting for stocks and sales for whole company
Liaising with two other company retail stores
Managing stock levels for website
Ensuring all products are fully stocked wherever needed and possible
Processing of orders refunds and exchanges
You must have previous experience within a similar role to be the successful candidate as well ...
