Aspects of the Role
To provide a supervisory service covering the soft facilities management of commercial sites
To have a full knowledge of all areas of work to be covered in the course of duty
To monitor and maintain shift rotas and staff coverage
To monitor the standards of work of the domestic operatives and praise or reprimand as seen fit
To complete all required paperwork to the company time schedule and assess the operatives performance with regard to appraisals
