We are currently recruiting for a Property Lawyer to join our national client a household name in the industry at their site in Manchester city centre
The main purpose of this role is to own and manage the legal aspects of the conveyancing process preexchange on normal transactions and on complex transactions subject to supervision
The Property Lawyer is accountable for the due diligence all dealings with other lawyers and other legal aspects on normal residential property transactions up to and including exchange of contracts and on complex transactions subject to supervision The role requires risk assessing on every transaction and utilising skills and experience to deliver pragmatic decisionmaking and providing legal advice to the customer and business partners
