Our client who are a one of the UKs leading IT Service providers are looking for a Human Resources Manager who is keen to work in a busy fast paced environment Although this role is based in High Wycome there will be travel approx 2 days per week to other office locations including Northampton
This role is a varied and challenging position with responsibilities that include
Performance and absence management
TUPE Transfers
Thorough understanding of employment legislation its practical application
Grievance disciplinary management
Development Implementation review of policies procedures
Strategic HR project work
Training of line managers in HR related areas
Management of HR support team
In order to be considered for this position the ideal candidate will have over 5 years experience as a HR managerGeneralist and be
PartFull CIPD qualified
TUPE Experience is highly desirable
Flexible and willing to travel
Good problem solving abilities
