Finance Assistant to 25k Chertsey Surrey 6 month contract
Finance Assistant is required by a not for profit organisation based in Chertsey Surrey Candidates can expect a salary of up to 25000 pro rata for this 6 month contract
Duties
Recording bill payments and providing debtors list as required by the Finance Management team
Distributing charges as appropriate
Preparing statements and letters for funds owing and Debtors
Preparing paperwork for solicitors for nonpayment of fees
Coding up Invoices
Posting Registered Invoices on to the system
Distributing Purchase invoices to staff for authorisation
Processing purchase invoices ready for payment
Key skills
Strong clerical finance and accounting skills qualification not essential
Familiarity with Computerised Accounting Systems and their associated procedures particularly Sales Nominal Purchase Ledger
Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel Word
