Vane Recruitment are currently looking to recruit an accounts executive purchase ledger clerk for a well established financial business based in Portsmouth
15000 to 18000
Hours 9am to 530pm
As an accounts assistant Purchase ledger clerk you will be responsible for
Working with and accounts team supporting with general accounting duties
Assisting with bank reconciliations
Producing financial reports using excel
Working in parnership with the purchase ledger clerk to manage the daily purchase ledger 200 invoices per month 40 of your job role
To work with the purchase ledger clerk to identify areas to improve the purchase ledger and implement new ideas and systems
The ideal candidate
Must have purchase ledger experience have a solid background within and be able to offer ideas to make improvements
Must have a general accounts background have previous experience within Bank reconciliation
