Based in Salisbury town centre this unique and busy but fun Hotel are looking for a junior sous with pastry experiance with live in available Our client is famous for there regionally and internationally influenced dishes All there dishes are crafted from fresh seasonal ingredients
As Sous Chef you will be expected to run the kitchen and help make all pastry items including Icecreams Sorbets Breads and a wide range of Modern plated desserts as well as complete daily prep lists
You will need at least 2 years experience and be used to working in a busy Hotel kitchen
