My Client is an awardwinning 2 Rosette County House located in the Heart of the Lake District and to complete their passionate Bridge of Chefs is looking to recruit an experienced Junior Sous Chef
The Hotel is well known for its food luxurious accommodation and spectacular views over Windermere and the fells beyond it remains busy allyear catering for business and leisure clientele
The Role Junior Sous Chef
Deputise the Sous And Head Chef
Assist with the efficient management of the busy Kitchen
Prep and Cooking to a 2 Rosette standard
Stock control ordering
Staff training
Experience
Proven experience working to a 2 Rosette standard in a similar property
Some kitchen Management experience
Minimum of NVQ 2 or equivalent
Good communication and organisational skills
Larder and sauce experience is essential for this role
