About the role The role of Food Beverage Manager involves managing a team of
approximately 60 staff in the daily running of the banqueting functions
restaurants and bars within the hotel
It is an extremely varied position and each function will need to be run with
exceptional customer service and in line with client requirements
You will have the support of 5 supervisors and 1 assistant to help run the
department to the optimum
You will hold weekly meetings with your management team to set out the
weeks objectives and expectations
As FB Manager you will be required to conduct appraisals and reviews with
staff and performance manage the team to achieve optimum results
You will be required to work 5 days out of 7 including many weekends
Due to the nature of the role your shifts will predominantly involve working
late nights
