The ideal Head Therapist
The Ideal Head Spa Therapist must have
1 NVQ Levels 2 3 in Beauty Therapies or the equivalent
2 Significant experience supervising a small team of Therapists approximately 5 to include recruiting and organising rotas etc
3 A commercial mindset with experience of KPIs and financial reporting within a spa or salon
4 Proven sales successes such as products or spa treatments and packages
