To apply for this position you will need
To be a first level manager leading a team of support workers
NVQ3 qualification and experience working within Learning Disabilities ideally in supported living environment
Ability to lead and motivate other staff members
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Along with a clear and thorough knowledge of the CQC standards and a full valid work permit
