Our client a 2 Rosette Restaurant in rural Oxfordshire are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager This role is an ideal 1st step into management for a Head Waiter or Maitre D looking for progression The ideal Assistant Restaurant Manager will have previous 4 or 5 star hotel experience or worked within quality restaurants
The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for high levels of hygiene control and health and safety throughout the department
The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for staff development and ensuring high levels of customer service
