Company information Working for this well established Midlandss Mechanical and Electrical services contractor you will be responsible for a variety of Fire alarm maintenance on commercial projects
Carrying out planned and responsive maintenance on over 200 properties in the North Birmingham West Bromwich area Properties will include Swimming Pools Schools Libraries and Public sector offices You will be working in a mobile capacity and will be required to be on an emergency standby rota every two months
Key Skills required
Working with a customer focused team and have good customer liaison skills
Experience of planned and reactive electrical maintenance within commercial properties on all types of fire alarms
An Electrical qualification would be an advantage
