NOC Manager Role and Responsibilities
The NOC Manager will be running a small team of NOC Engineers and be accountable for ensuring all client services are supported and maintained within SLA
You will ensure all service levels are maintained or exceeded that all systems and processes are up to date that clients are regularly communicated with and that any outages are managed efficiently and to an exceptional level of customer service
