pOur client based in Poole is currently seeking an Insurance Administrator to work within its Administration Department responding to customer enquiries regarding existing policies in an appropriate manner You will also administer renewals within service standards issue documentation within service standards and support the firms goals by demonstrating excellent customer service skills
Main responsibilities will be to take initial calls from customers regarding mid term adjustments and existing policy renewals to process and resolve customer requests in a polite and efficient manner to comply at all times with the requirements of the firms own procedures the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and FSA regulations to maintain customer records accurately and securely to support the department in administration duties notify policy underwriters of any adjustments calculate any premium changes and arrange remittance of premium refunds support the departmenta...
