Due to healthy growth our client who is based in Central Guildford require a Showroom Administration Manager to provide support to the Sales Executives and ensure all jobs are administered properly
The Showroom Administration Manager will be responsible for facilitating the smooth running of the showroom and provide guidance and administrative assistance to the Sales Executives which will involve answering the telephone handling brochure requests preparing job files providing assistance to enter quotations producing final plans banking cheques preparing sales invoices and ensuring that all purchase orders are prepared and checked correctly
