My clients are looking for a Team Leader for their Supported Living service for adults with profound learning disabilities autism and complex behaviours in Cambridgeshire
This permanent fulltime role requires a candidate with experience of providing supervisions to staff members and ideally an NVQ qualification You will be responsible for promoting independence helping to ensure all care support plans are personcentred supervising and appraising staff identifying training opportunities for staff deputising for the Manager and attending service user reviews
