Our client is currently looking to recruit an Auction Sales Manager to be responsible for all aspects of buyer engagement including marketing of the auction centre advertising buyer engagement calls facetoface meetings on site and managing existing new and lapsed buyers
You will be accountable for the performance of their buyer base and driving improvement through on line Simulcast sales and physical auction sales The successful candidate will be an escalation point for customer queriesarbitration
Candidates will be required to analyse data around lapsedlost buyers and quickly identify issues and trends putting into place and carrying out action plans when necessary Additionally you will be required to review and feedback to both management and the buyer the results of customer surveys
