A Solid Wall Insulation Project Manager is required on a permanent basis
The role is homeproject based but your ideal home location would be either the M5 corridor between Bristol and Birmingham or the M4 corridor between Bristol and Reading
This position is working for a national highly regarded company within the energy efficiency and insulation markets
The role would be managing primarily social housing projects starting with a project in South Wales externally cladding and insulating hard to treat properties You will be managing multiple projects typically of 100200 properties with an average project budget of 1M
You will be acting as the main contractor on these projects so will be managing both direct staff subcontractors and client meetings
Responsibilities will also include managing the programme of works project planning cost time safety and quality management plus contract administration
