Barclay Meade Finance Accounting are currently looking for 2 full time experienced Credit Controllers and 1 part time Credit Controller for a company in Central Portsmouth
These roles will require the right candidates to chase outstanding debt from residential customers by phone email and letter setting up and monitoring payment terms ensuring customer billing information is accurate referring unpaid debt to relevant debt collection agencies raising inhouse small claims which may include representing the company in court required only for the Senior role and preparing performance management information
These roles require experienced Credit Controllers or ICM qualified candidates with experience in collecting debt from residential customers excellent negotiation skills and a solid understanding of legislation in relation to the billing and collection of debts
Both full time roles are Permanent working 37 hours per week
