We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Chef de Partie to join a passionate brigade on either a fulltime or parttime basis with the aim of supporting the Sous and Head Chef with the smooth running of the afternoon and evening service
You duties will predominantly involve preparation cooking to order using fresh local produce maintaining cleanliness and hygiene and ensuring an efficient service
The successful applicant will have completed their NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery or Equivalent have experience working on all sections pastry not essential and have excellent communication skills be able to work as part of a team and ideally have some experience working to a Rosette standard as you will be actively involved with preparation and cooking to a high standard This is a fantastic role which will offer you excellent training in a supportive environment as well as potential career progression for the right applicant
