We are looking for people who are able to demonstrate fantastic customer service coupled with a clear and confident telephone manner to liaise with customers located throughout the UK The role will involve taking incoming calls in a call centre environment updating the computer system and carrying out general administration to resolve the query SAP and Siebel experience is preferred as is experience of working within a contact centre environment previously
The role is full time 95 Monday Friday based central Romford and parking is available on site
