Our Client is one of the UKs leading Blue Chip Retailers and they are now looking for a HR Adviser to join the HR Team and the primary purpose of the role is to support the HR Manager in Delivering the HR Agenda
The HR Adviser will primarily do this by Supporting Advising Store Managers Area Managers to develop the capability of their people and through communication responding to local needs in addition to Implementing Company HR Practice in a consistent way
There will be scope for the successful Candidate to go out and Deliver Workshops Attend Field Meetings or to just be office based and you will have previous experience of working within a fast paced HR Environment
