Office Administrator

Office Angels are currently recruiting for an experienced administrator to join our well established client in Livingston

ROLE

This position shall involve providing general support within a busy office as well as assisting with finance duties such as collating information for payroll and handing purchase invoices

It is essential you have strong administrative experience and would be desirable if you knowledge of purchase ledger

Other duties are noted below

Assisting with HR administration
Liaising with the contracts team

CANDIDATE

Strong communication skills are essential as well being a focused team player

You must also have a good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages and be experienced in multitasking and working to deadlines
