This is a multifaceted venue and requires a talented GM with experience running demanding and high volume operations
Responsibilities include
Business development
Managing a large team of bar tenders and Restaurant servers
HR responsibilities including recruitment training and development of staff
Daily Stock Control and full weekly audit
Daily and weekly reconciliation of sales end of week payroll
Achieving all KPI targets for your business through effective controls and management
Developing relationships with 3rd party booking agents to maximise event space usage
