The ideal candidate will
Already be a Restaurant Manager from a high volume quality background
Have had experience with previous openings
Possess a passion and knowledge for food and drink
Have a commercial savvy and understand managing all aspects of PL for the business
Be driven and focussed on first class standards across every aspect of the operation both front and back of house
Have shown loyalty and longevity throughout their career
