My client is looking for a RGN Home Manager for this lovely smart nursing home This is a good home with a good reputation in the area We are looking for an experienced RGN eputy Manager or Home Manager to take full autonomy for the running of the home
Duties will include Supervision of staff proactive marketing of the home budgets staff rotas Appraisals Audits Medication Liaison with external bodies overseeing clinical practice care planning risk assessments
