This large top 5 UK contractor has a need for an additional senior project planner on a project in central London The project has started and will run for approximately 78 weeks The project is a major refurbishment of an existing graded building It is currently old original office space but it being refurbished into a new high spec ultra modern office development This project has a very technical design which includes new build elements to it
The logistics for the project are very difficult so someone with planning experience on central London projects is essential
Your contract will be on an ongoing basis but you will be offered at least a 6 month contract position initially with the potential and likely extension to remain there after that period Standard project planner duties will apply and will include
Producing monitoring and presenting accurate progress reports
