The Role
As the Senior HR Generalist your role will involve Providing strategic day to day operational HR advisory services to Departmental Managers having due regard for best practice Company Policies Procedures and UK Employment LawRegulations The advisory services will include but are not limited to resourcing retention disciplinarygrievancegeneral employee relations issues performance management remuneration and benefits UK assignments termination of employment and redundancy consultation You will also be responsible for managing HR related projects developing and implementing policies and reporting
