you will need to have worked within service assurance ideally for a telecoms vendor Any knowledge of other COTS products ie AXIOM AXIOSS CRAMER etc is highly desired
Essential skills
indepth knowledge of the Netcool suite
expert knowledge of Proviso
good working knowledge of the OSS arena
Desired skills
Knowledge of other OSS products
knowledge of UNIX LINUX
experience with trouble ticketing systems ie remedy
