We are looking for a Mortgage Services Development ManagerPartners and Mortgage Services Sales Manager for our clients in the Bournemouth area
This role will involve helping to achieve the new business target set for their group of Mortgage Consultant across all KPIs work closely with other managers to achieve appointment targets across their branches and to recruit and assist in the training and development of Consultants ensuring they are effectively managed and that they provide an effective and efficient mortgage adviserplacement service to their customers and is in line with company procedures and targets
CEMAP Qualifications or equivalent are essential for this role
Area Manager experience is essential
Mortgage Advisory experience is essential
Experience within an Estate Agents is essential
Salary OTE 3040K
