An experienced VoIP professional with good knowledge of Avaya is required by a leading organisation based in South Yorkshire
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced VOIP professional who will have the following
Excellent knowledge of VoIP Avaya Cisco ICM and Genesys
Experience of supporting multiple system users in a contact centre
Proven record of supporting change management initiatives
Experience of liaising with supplier and client contacts
Duties
Responsible for all aspects of telephony support
Managing peripheral devices for call recording logging and network call routing
Responsible for creating and maintaining the associated documentation
Location
South Yorkshire
Salary
Up to 38k depending on experience
