The ideal candidate will
Be an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Supervisor in a high volume quality operation
Possess a passion and knowledge for food and drink
Have a commercial savvy and understand managing GPs and Wage and all KPIs
Be driven and focussed on first class standards across every aspect of the operation both front and back of house
Have shown loyalty and longevity throughout their career
